Add the functionality to manage upselling products/category/facet.

Per product/category/facet I want to link upselling product/category/facet that make a good match to the original product. This to make clear for buyers what is a good match. 

I need to be able to match single products to products/categories/facet

I need to be able to match categories to products/categories/facet

Example:

Wine product categories and cheese categories
Specific wine and chees categorie
