As a Group Manager I would like to manage and hide order options for my managed locations

Can we hide the settings from managed accounts and only have them available for the manager to control. This way he has more control over what the managed locations can order. Currently the location can manage their own settings. They open up the total assortment where the manager wants to close the total assortment to control the purchases.
